I appreciate the opportunity to comment on my experience working with the Law Offices of Lora Matthews Fausett. I was originally referred to the Firm by my Baird and Warner real estate agent who was the agent on the sale of our house in Warrenville. Since we were also purchasing another home in Naperville, I thought it appropriate to use the same firm.
Overall I was extremely pleased with the service provided by the firm on both transactions. From the initial contract review to arranging the details of closing, I found the services provided by all members of the firm to be very thorough and professional. Both transactions presented some difficult aspects and the lead attorney, Paul Rusin, showed both diligence and creativity in reaching a resolution.
