Changes to the Residential Real Property Disclosure

The Residential Real Property Disclosure Report has recently been updated. The update was to line 6, to include windows and doors in addition to walls and floors. The updated form will be used for all future transactions.

The new form will be available on www.illinoisrealtor.org.
