Lora Fausett would like to invite real estate agents to attend the upcoming Case Law Update meeting with Dick Bales

Presenter Dick Bales will speak about recent real estate court decisions from late 2013 and early 2014 which have never been discussed before the real estate committee. He will provide written summaries of each case to those in attendance as well as a reference manual about “authority documents” which will inform agents of which documents they will need for sellers that are corporations, limited liability companies, churches, or municipalities.
This manual compiled by Dick Bales is the first of its kind to include this detailed and diverse information and almost every statement made in the manual has a documented statutory citation.
A complimentary lunch will be provided at the Attorney Resource Center for those who attend the meeting. Make sure to register online for the meeting so that enough food and handouts are provided for all attendees.
